For large-scale corporate summits, brand activations, or complex weddings, we recommend a lead time of 12 to 24 weeks. This allows for thorough creative development, custom set fabrication, CAD drafting, and structural permit acquisitions. However, we can accommodate expedited timelines depending on scope.
We execute live experiences globally. Our production management team is highly experienced in international logistics, customs carnet filings, and collaborating with local regional authorities across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
We operate our own in-house woodworking, metalworking, and technical pre-production workshops. Once a 3D design is approved, our fabrication team builds the physical components to scale. This ensures everything is built to exact tolerances before arriving on site.
Because we focus on high-fidelity technical production, custom spatial design, and complete management, our projects typically begin at a minimum investment of $75,000 for boutique activations and scale upward of $500,000 for arena productions, global corporate summits, and multi-day private experiences.
Safety is our highest priority. For all custom structural builds, rigging, and large temporary setups, we collaborate with certified structural engineers to sign off on technical drawings. We manage the entire municipal permit process—including fire code compliance, electrical safety sign-offs, and sound zoning ordinances.
